*Ensure M6 Screws included are done up tightly and the insert is connected securely. Check this regularly throughout training

*Do not modify product

*Do not use for purposes other than finger strength training

*Do not jump, bounce, or drop into the load

*Do not use if injured,

*Do not use if under the influence of drugs/alcohol
